1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RiskFree ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

RiskFree is operated by Caversham Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), a trading name of Caversham Digital Ltd.

2. Description of Service

RiskFree is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users create Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) documents. The App uses artificial intelligence to:

• Transcribe voice descriptions of tasks
• Analyse photographs to identify potential hazards
• Generate health and safety documentation
• Export documents in PDF and DOCX formats

3. Important Disclaimer

All documents generated by RiskFree must be reviewed by a competent person before use. The user accepts full responsibility for:

• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all risk assessments
• Ensuring control measures are appropriate for the specific site and task
• Compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation
• Any actions taken based on RiskFree-generated documents

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Subscription Tiers

RiskFree offers the following subscription options:

• Free: 3 RAMS documents per month, basic features
• Pro: Unlimited documents, photo analysis, custom branding
• Team: Everything in Pro plus multi-user access and approval workflows

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RiskFree to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading safety documentation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App
• Share account credentials with unauthorised users
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Caversham Digital and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the App.

By using RiskFree, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., AI processing of voice and images).

8. AI-Generated Content

RiskFree uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions may not capture all site-specific risks
• Generated content requires human review and approval
• AI outputs are based on the information you provide
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RiskFree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any workplace incidents, injuries, or regulatory penalties
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caversham Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of RiskFree, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RiskFree at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of RiskFree after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
